Vendor Fee Acknowledgment
I understand the vendor fee is $450 + 5% of online sales from the pre-festival virtual storefront, which includes booth space, one table, two chairs, and basic festival support, pre-festival virtual storefront, etc.

Arrival Commitment
I agree to arrive by 8:00 AM and remain open until 8:00 PM.

Media Release
I consent to Jerk & Jollof Fest using photos or videos of my booth for event promotion.
